We will ship all orders to the address you provide at checkout so please ensure your address is correct.

We aim to process your order within 1 day of you ordering... Please include an email address so we can send you all your order confirmation and shipping information. 

We provide 2 methods of shipping to all our UK & International Customers:
Royal Mail - Free Standard (NO tracking information)
Royal Mail - Tracked & Signed For (Highly Recommended)

Royal Mail - Free Standard delivery DOES NOT PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION therefore you cannot track the whereabouts of your parcel and we cannot be held responsible if there is a problem with the arrival of your parcel... But please do not worry as 90% of our parcels are shipped this way and we will do everything we can to resolve any issues!

Royal Mail - Tracked and Signed provides you with TRACKING INFORMATION to locate your parcel.

7-14 working days (International)

Delayed or Lost Orders

The above time frames are the ESTIMATED times a parcel reaches your country provided by Royal Mail & any delays are completely out of our control.

Sometimes International packages can have a delay up to 6 weeks due to customs so please allow extra time to receive your parcel. These delays are completely out of our control, however if you have chosen International Tracked & Signed for delivery we can do everything on our side to locate your parcel.
BUT if you choose International Standard delivery (NO TRACKING INFO) we can't be held responsible as we have to wait 45 working days before Royal Mail can investigate the whereabouts of the purchase.
Without tracking we are unable to send you a replacement or refund until we hear from Royal Mail!

  • Someone will need to be in to sign for the package
  • Order before 2pm
